We offer four-week boot camps, daily workouts of the day and functional intense interval training classes. This style training is designed to help you build fitness in a functional and meaningful way – this is about fitness for life. The training integrates numerous current functional methodologies (dynamic, strength, pilates, plyometrics and agility). The outcome of this session is a stronger, more stable you – we will find that athlete inside screaming to come out – no matter your age or previous activity level. You will lose weight and gain endurance but more importantly you will gain more functional balance. Functional fitness training is total fitness training. Step out of that stuffy gym and join us for some play outdoors or in our personable studio. .

We also offer personal training sessions for individuals and groups. Our training focuses on functional fitness through a wide variety of different workouts. With a personal training commitment you gain a partner in your fitness journey. You have the option of Functional or YogaFit to fill your personal training needs.

Tired of the stuffy bodybuilding gym but want a real strength and conditioning workout? Our daily cross fitness training session is for you. The strength and conditioning section of our functional studio has all you need to sculpted a new you and our varied workouts will keep you engaged and motivated. Each daily workout is conducted in a small group environment with the guidance and coaching of one of our trainers.

Weight loss is often the initial goal of most fitness clients, and this is an admirable goal but fat is the real enemy as a reduction in excess fat weight is proven to provide health benefits.
