Our fit camps are six weeks of boot camp instruction consisting of plyometrics, agility, strength, balance, flexibility and endurance training guaranteed to make you a better you, shed fat and get stronger.
This type training is proven to provide long-term injury prevention and produce within participants a greater capacity for training. Our cross-training method builds a base upon which greater fitness gains may be found.
This is not to say that this program is not results oriented – you will see the results in physical strength and endurance, muscle gain and weight loss. Each session begins with a comprehensive assessment. During your six week session you have access to our trainers for nutritional and supplement advice and your teammates are always there to keep you motivated and accountable. Our X-treme Fit Camp is total fitness training!

How long will The Strong Will X-treme Fitness Camp last?
The strong will host X-treme Fitness Camp for 6 weeks Monday-Friday. We have a 3 day option, a 2 day and a one day option . If you do not want to join the 6 week plan, you can come at anytime and pay per class. Each session is 1 hour long.
What to expect at TSW X-treme Fitness Camp?
Anything goes here at X-treme Fitness Camp. High intensity workouts that will test your will power and burn fat. From Plyometrics to aglility; core and more, you will experience a total body workout. A strong will workout that will transform not only your body, but your mind as well.
What is included in the cost of TSW X-treme Fitness Camp?
Your 6 week journey will begin with your Strong Will trainer doing a pre assessment the week prior to camp. During your orientation, you will fill out your medical history and discuss any health issues you have with your trainer. You will be weighed, measured, and your body fat will be calculated. You will perform a 1 mile run/walk, a 2 minute sit ups test, and a 2 minute push up test. Your before photo will also be taken at this time. At the end of the 6 weeks, your strong will trainer will do a post assessment…. Congratulations you have found you are a Strongfitter. `
What do I need to bring?
With the Strong Will X-treme fitness camp being outdoors (wholly at Hurricane Park and partially at our Powdersville location) you will need to dress appropriately. Dress comfortably in layers you take off and put on easily as well as good supportive shoes. You will need a set of hands weights, a fitness mat (yoga mat will work), and towel and plenty of water. We provide all the other implements of fun required. Other than that you just need a positive attitude and you are good to go!
Do I need to be in shape to attend The Strong Will X-treme Fitness Camp?
Don’t’ be intimidated by the name X-treme Fitness Camp. Yes it is a high intensity work, but people of all fitness levels can participate in camp. The fitness trainer will give modifications for all levels. You will not only be motivated by our trainer, but other participants as well. We want you to find your strong will and will do all we can to help you achieve that!
